It is important that every employee at HAMEK continually develops, feels healthy and also enjoys the work that they do. Mistakes happen occasionally, but at HAMEK what is most important is that we learn from our mistakes. We believe that learning every day is key to continuous improvement and to a dedicated staff.

Our processes are based on delivering with high precision and having standards by which we control and measure them. We supply parts to several world leading customers all of whom place high demands on the precision we provide. Our employees’ solid skills together with our processes give us the ability to deliver in a predictable way.

We consciously strive to do things correctly from the very beginning and thus to be in control of final product quality. This is also to make certain that we deliver what our customers have ordered – with a repeatable high quality.

At HAMEK our delivery and good relations with our partners are a source of great pride. We will always continue to strive for the development of ourselves, our processes and deliveries.
