Tight tolerances and high precision

We work in accordance to ISO / TS 16949 with control plans and screening processes for many of our components. This ensures optimal production and enables us to create the conditions whereby we maintain the constant high quality of our deliveries.

The result of this systematic work is that we now measure the number of deviations in Parts Per Million (PPM) and in 2013, the outcome was 800 ppm, i.e. 200 out of a total of 250 000 delivered items.

As with the consistent precision of our pieces, punctual delivery is of extreme importance to us, so we also measure the reliability of our deliveries on a weekly basis.
