We have the resources for efficient production

Modern and effective machinery

Our machine-tools are all high-performing, where the requirements of efficiency and accuracy are put very high.

Hamek focuses on series production where manufacturing takes place in the form of a controllable process. This is in order to effectively be able to apply our quality management system. Each of our machines are therefore equipped with bar feeder, pallet system or some form of robot loading. Furthermore our premises are climate controlled to ensure the temperature stability of the machines.

We have the resources to create “Super Surfaces”

At HAMEK we pride ourselves on our ability to create smooth surfaces. We work at levels of flatness of 3-5 microns and Ra <0.4. We have resources for grinding, lapping and supfining.
